Personal Lines Agent - Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:
Please read the qualifications for this position carefully. The successful applicant will have to get up to speed quickly and therefore, we will only consider those who meet all the criteria listed below.

• Must have valid Indiana Property & Casualty Producer license
• 3+ years Persoanl Lines experience
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Computer skills needed: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Explorer
• Preference given to candidates with AMS360 experience
• Multi-task with attention given to detail
• Friendly, outgoing personality, team player
•This is a full-time, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday position.

 Job Summary: 
•Quote new policies and chagnes on existing policies
•Prepare applications and process new policies
•Round accounts to ensure appropriate risk coverage
•Review renewals for accuracy and check for premium increases; requote as necessary
•Process claims
•Process change requests
•Prepare binders, certificates, LPR's and DNOC's
•Process cancellations
•Calculate replacement costs; run Choicepoint reports
•Monitor suspense items for action
•Other duties as requested
